Clean, beautiful, smelled like a spa. Central location— easy walk to train abc center of Florence.

Property was perfect. There were some homeless people on the street who originally made us uncomfortable, but they never spoke to us nor bothered us. We felt safe and once inside you forgot all about the street. This has nothing to do with the property and more to do with the city not maintaining things.

Incredible

This was one the best travel accommodation experiences of my life. The owner Silvia went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as pleasant as possible. She went out of her way to provide restaurant and activity suggestions - all were fantastic! The unit itself was incredible, very spacious and very clean! It even had a little kitchenette that came in very useful. You are a few minute walk from the train station, groceries and lots of little bars and restaurants. I would 100% recommend this to everyone I know.

Excellent stay

I never met Silvia in person but she was so sweet for getting us flowers, wine and cookies for our room as it was our honeymoon. The room itself was nice and clean and had all we needed. The host is also very responsive to messages as well

You have to go up about 3 flights of stairs to get to the apartment and no elevators so a little cumbersome if you have a lot of luggage but not terrible

The check in process was so simple and the room was beautiful, even better than the photos! Silvia went above and beyond in hosting us and making us feel welcome. She provided great recommendations, helped us with transport to the airport and even left flowers for me as I celebrated my birthday here. Truly a great place! Would highly recommend.

Excellent accommodation in a city not renowned for this.

The apartment was beautifully furnished, extremely comfortable, and with an attention to detail I have seldom come across in the hundreds of hotel and apartment stays we have experienced. The apartment was equipped well enough to cook meals, induction cooktop, radiant and microwave oven, good size fridge. Parking was virtually next door, (parking is crucial in Florence), shops were close, as were restaurants etc, and the apartment was central to most major attractions in Florence. Be warned, however, that serious walking is required to do this, and starting early is better to avoid the crowds.

Just a warning that there are 2 flights of stairs to the apartment.

Clean and comfy room in Florence.

Room was very nice. Very clean and comfortable with a little kitchenette. A/C available.. helpful on the warm nights. Loved the spacious bathroom.

Only issue was the noisy street below. Perhaps it would be quieter during the week. With windows closed, it was fine. if you like an open window have earplugs.

Oro Nero was a beautiful and comfortable place to stay during our trip to Florence. It is located close to many shops and the Duomo as well as the train station. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. Silvia is extremely sweet and very responsive and made sure we had what we needed during our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

This property was absolutely beautiful!! It was by far our favorite place we stayed in Italy- and the location is hard to beat. Located a short 10 minute walk away from city center and a mere 7 minute walk from the train station. The owner, Silvia, was wonderful. She was prompt in her responses and made checkin and out a breeze. We will definitely be staying here again the next time we visit Firenze!

Not an issues for us, but we didn’t see an elevator to access the property. I wouldn’t recommend this spot for those who are unable to walk up two flights of stairs.
